After downsizing from a larger home, this Manchester couple wanted their new condominium to offer the same level of comfort, functionality, and luxury they had always enjoyed. While the footprint was smaller, their expectations for quality, entertaining, and everyday living remained unchanged.

ASR Interior Designs completely reimagined the home through a full renovation, including new flooring, custom cabinetry, bathrooms, window treatments, and thoughtful space planning throughout. To create a more open and inviting layout, we combined the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one cohesive space designed for gathering with family, hosting holiday dinners, and spending time with visiting grandchildren.
The renovation also included a dedicated home office, fully redesigned bathrooms with a new double vanity in the primary suite, and custom built-in cabinetry to maximize storage and compensate for smaller closet spaces. A custom window bench created an inviting spot for reading, relaxing, and enjoying natural light. To further support family gatherings, the basement was transformed into additional living and entertaining space, providing room for guests and future memories.
The result is a bright, elegant, and highly functional home that proves downsizing does not mean compromising on luxury.
