After a major life transition and move to a new condominium, our client wanted to create additional space where his children could gather, relax, and spend time with friends. While the home met many of his needs, it lacked dedicated areas for hanging out, movie nights, gaming, and sleepovers.

ASR Interior Designs transformed the basement into a warm, modern retreat designed specifically for a growing family. The renovation included a comfortable TV and game room, a separate sleeping area for overnight guests and sleepovers, and a custom bar with a beverage refrigerator for snacks and refreshments.
